Monday run

Post by Michael_Allen » Mon 15 Apr, 2019 7:48 am

dry tonight, still dark on way home so lights still required

wish that nagging cold wind would feck off

20 to 25 from gailes tonight, 6 50 from gailes

one group Is the plan at the moment, unless its busy

then split them if required

6.30 st loans for anyone heading up

mikey
Walked on a tidal wave
Laughed in the face of a brand new day
Food for survival thought
Mapped out the place where I planned to stay

Happy to lead a steady eddy group if one's needed tonight, and if it would encourage more people out for a spin :) That's a genuine steady, recovery type pace rather than the normal 'steady' :D :D
I've got six gears and I'm not afraid to use them...!

Or ear muffs -it’s bloomin freezing . Will decide later if I can face the Siberian wind.

As an aside, I am cycling to Campbeltown on Sunday/Monday including overnight at the Argyll hotel in Kintyre (£60) if anyone fancies it. About 100 miles per day plus a few ferries (Dunoon, Tarbet, Lochranza, Ardrossan).
