27 February 2012

Toni is coming along to Drybridge hall at 7pm for the massage again. Same arrangements as for previous session at end of January.

We could also take the opportunity to discuss who might want to do a bike fit, riding position, further bike maintenance to cover specific issues, to participate in coaching (get a training plan), or other things that you might want to do or get some help with.

See you at Drybridge at 7pm.

Following on from the previous club night, I stated that I would be willing to discuss members individual bike requirements, do some members still wish this to happen if so please respond to this topic.

Anybody attending should bring the following:
Bike(s)
Turbo trainer if possible
Cycling shorts
Cycling shoes
Saddle height calculation based on the 109% on your inside leg measurement.

Hi Nigel, I was hoping just to start to get a list of who wants what kind of suuport. However, if you're able to offer some of this help straight away on Monday night that's even better.

Thanks

Nigel sounds great,
I would also like advice on bike fit, can't make it round till after 8pm tomorrow, got a meeting at the school, if you run out of time I can take part another night.

Cheers

It was hoped that the new turbos purchased for the joint project with the NHS would be available to test tonight. Unfotunately we're having some problems getting them working as advertised!! As a result, there's no point in bringing these down to the club tonight. However, we'll hopefully have the problems resolved soon and would like to do a test night to make sure all is ok before using them for the project.

In the meantime, I'll bring one down tonight to test how far I've got with getting it into a useable state.

Tacx
